The Humanizing Work Senior Leadership Workshop is created for innovators in the field of leadership. Leaders who are carving out new approaches to business that go against the cultural grain of narrow focus on profits, achievements, competition, and growth for growth’s sake.
It can feel lonely and scary when you are trying to lead transformation in a company where no one else thinks about transformation in the same way. With the Sr Leaders group, I found a select group of people who have been innovating across different industries, and I felt like I found “my crowd”. We discussed challenges we face day-to-day and either heard case studies from people who have tried to solve it or we co-created ideas on how to solve it together. I walked in feeling that my case was unique, but I learned that, even though my industry and company size was different from many, the challenges around recruiting, team management and organizational structure, backlog management, etc, were very, very similar and we had a lot we could help each other with.
This invitation only event brings together the most useful models and tools for meaningful organizational change with the practical experience of a cohort of senior leaders actually doing the work to create that change. The retreat is designed to have a clear focus on the real challenges you face in your work.
What makes this workshop different?
- Less theoretical. More practical.
- Other workshops focus on teams and projects. This workshop focuses on your entire organization.
- Most other leadership training is just a veneer on traditional leadership. This workshop is NOT about how to be better at traditional, hierarchical management. Leaders who attend this workshop are pursuing a different kind of culture and outcome.
- Attendance is invite-only, and it’s limited to CxOs and other high-level leaders. The group that has expressed interest in participating is a collection of remarkable leaders you’d be unlikely to otherwise get in one room at the same time.
