We are excited to announce that we are leaving Agile For All to launch the Humanizing Work company, effective October 1, 2020. We have absolutely loved and appreciated our many combined years at Agile For All. It was a company created to bring together a group of highly skilled trainers and coaches under a united brand. It was optimized for a high level of autonomy for the trainers and coaches, and it was focused on expanding the application of Agile into all parts of all types of business. We were set up to be very broad across lots of areas, which has served the trainers, the company, and its clients very well over the years.
We have now decided to pursue a different model that is optimized more for alignment than autonomy with the goal to build strategic products that expand Humanizing Work to as broad an audience as possible.
The remaining Agile For All team members are among the best in the world at what they do. We are confident that Agile For All will continue to be a trusted source for great training and coaching, and we’re looking forward to partnering with them whenever our needs intersect.
We are excited to take on the stewardship of the Humanizing Work Conference and community. We will be inviting all existing Agile For All trainers and coaches to continue to participate in both.
