About the Event
This is the best event I’ve attended. It’s always new, refreshing, and just different from anything else. If you are interested in how people and teams work together, the psychology and neuroscience behind it, then you can’t miss this event.
We’re back! After 2 long years of connecting virtually, the Humanizing Work Community will gather in person again for it’s annual 3-day alumni event!
The Humanizing Work Conference is an annual 3-day alumni event* for the Humanizing Work community. Practitioners of Agile product development and other human-friendly work approaches gather in the Colorado mountains for advanced learning and fun. It’s a conference in the truest sense of the word—sessions don’t just present content; participants create new ideas together.
If you’re a lifelong learner seeking opportunities to stretch and grow professionally and personally, you’re going to love this event.
Conference Speakers
We’re thrilled to announce that some of our favorite friends will be joining Richard and Peter in leading conference sessions: Tricia Broderick, Jake Calabrese, Paul Tevis. You can find more information on our conference speakers and planners here.
2022 Program
Richard, Peter, Tricia, Jake, and Paul have carefully prepared meaningful, transformational content to help you develop professionally and personally. This year’s program includes sessions like:
- Habits & Strategies of Effective Agile Teams
- Using Customer Research Tools to Improve Stakeholder Relationships
- Exposing Power Dynamics
