The Leadership Circle 360 Profile is a leadership assessment that measures and provides leaders feedback through the lens of a validated and powerful model which:
- Integrates the best theory and research on leadership and personal development
- Radically shifts our understanding of what extraordinary leadership is and how we can champion its development
- Is dynamic, such that if we change a limiting belief and its associated behavior, certain predictable effective behaviors and results naturally emerge
- Is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates this information so that key opportunities for leadership development immediately rise to the surface
The 360 assessment provides deep insight into strengths, opportunities for growth, and blindspots. It integrates “inner game” (beliefs and unconscious biases) with “outer game” (skills and behaviors). This video provides a brief overview of the model:
The 360 report is completely confidential—the only people that see it are the participant and their coach, unless the participant chooses to share it with others. It is not intended to be used by the organization for ranking or staffing decisions, but to help the individual reflect and grow their own capabilities.
The evaluation itself is followed with one of our certified coaches to review the 360 profile results in a 90 minute one-on-one debrief to clarify the information, reflect on the feedback, and choose how to use it as a catalyst for growth. Leaders leave the debrief with a “one big thing” development goal to work on over the coming months.
